Chick cannot stand up.

I just picked up 14 chicks from ideal poultry and 2 of them could not stand up. One died this morning and one is limping around. I am afraid it is going to die like the other one. Has anyone dealt with this kind of problem? If so, the how did you treat it? Thanks in advance.
Are they spraddled?

Rubber bands rarely work for me when it comes to making a hobble.
We almost always use medical wrap (pictured) and cut it into a short strip, make a loop, put the chicks feet through and then press down in the center so the wrap sticks together and doesn't slide. This is by far the easiest and best way we have made hobbies and it's even worked for a Salmon Faverolle pullet a few weeks ago that had her leg crushed by plyboard. She is walking fine now.

Bandaids also work pretty much the same.
