Help! One of my bigger chicks stepped on a smaller on and now the small one isn't walking. She can stand on her own if I support her like a crutch.
How can I help her? Thanks for the help

How old is the chick. Do you have any pictures of the injury? Is there any broken skin, green bruise, redness, or swelling? Separating the chick with food and water for the time being may help.

There is nothing that I can see. The chick is a silkie and was in with a bigger bird 3 month silkie... due to her siblings dying...and she got stepped on.
I thought of making a leg support that I have seen for spayed leg but don't know how

Is she holding the leg up or trying to use it? A splint might help, but be sure to check circulation often to make sure the tape or vet wrap does not get too tight. Pictures of her could help.

She tries to use it then falls over and uses her wing. How do I make a splint?

It would help if I knew what part of the leg needs splinting. For chicks, sometimes just a little vet wrap 1 inch strip or tape can be used. A normal splint require padding, something stiff, and vet wrap or tape. This link shows a bird leg being splinted with adhesive tape:
