Chick cant walk or stand

Hi everyone I have a little chicken I got at the tractor supply CO and Had her about 6 weeks. The weaker right leg and foot try to stand on the left stronger leg and foot. She flips side to side and I have to properly to proper in a donut Bathe her and do water therapy. I'd like to post pictures maybe someone could tell me what breed they think she is she has opalescent translucent translucent ear lobes Willow legs and Orange comb she has a great appetite and drinks well any advice?
