Hi everyone! I've been reading for a while, but this is my first post. I got my first chicks Saturday. They are 2 week old Lt Brahmas, and they're SO cute! Anyway, there is one chick that is dark grey(ish) from the top of it's head on down it's back, while the others are all creamy yellow. They are starting to feather on their wings and the colors and pattern are the same. So my question would be, could it be I have A Buff instead of all Lt's, or are some chicks just different colors to begin with then mature to look the same? Thanks! And thanks for all the other good information I've been reading so far! [IMG]

I do not know anything about brahmas, but I do know buff chickens are hatched buff. No other colors on them.

If they are white birds, they could have a little grey in the down.
