Chick combs M or F with pictures.

This morning I started thinking about a similar scenario that would explain what was going on here but figured I'd keep it to myself to avoid any assumptions. Thank you for the clarification

Chicks 5 and 7 are full blooded siblings are you sure 7 is not a boy? This is the mom and chick 5

Get better full body pics of everyone. From the pics you posted of chick 7, it looks like a pullet.

I always thought pink combs meant boys but I’m not sure anymore. i Grouped the pictures so it would be easier

They're not easier to look at when they're grouped and small.

Boys and Girls can have pink combs. How early they redden and get bigger is what indicates cockerel.

I think they are 8 weeks now

unfortunately number 6 died so I don’t have an update on that one and I left out chick number 7 before because it was a bad chick pic but added him last because they are all bad pictures anyway. Sorry for the quality.

5 and seven are bantams that’s why they might look small.

I think you have a chance at mostly females. The only one that I am suspicious about is the white one with the dark grey shoulder patch.

I wouldn’t be so sure on #3, I had a Dominique pullet that I was convinced was a cockerel, everyone (everyone being the family) kept telling me otherwise. But after a while, they were right. She was just a very masculine pullet.

So I know it’s hard to tell but I’m quite obsessed with always trying to guess before they grow up.
I have chicken mutts. some of them are mixed with Easter egger that’s all I know. So my question really is comb color. I have chicks I think are girls with pale pink combs and solid yellow combs.Then one dark pink comb and one red/yellow comb that I think are boys. they are 3-4 weeks

I never had chicks with yellow combs so this was new to me what do you guys think? Male or female
