this little guy hatched a few hours ago and seemed to have yoke and egg shell stuck to it. The shell fell off but the yoke is drying on it and suggestion. Got another hatching so didn't want to open up the bator. Pic taken thought hole in side of incubator.

That is a beautiful chick. Wait until the other hatcher has popped, and you can pull this one quickly and use a warm, wet rag to bathe the sticky areas. Then pop the chick back in the incubator until you have a couple more ready for the brooder.
 
It looks like it might have a little section of membrane on it. I'd leave it be. They are supposed to look a little bit damp and awkward at first. They will preen themselves and get all fluffy pretty quick. I didn't move any of my chicks to the brooder until they were starting to dry out, and it was looking crowded in there (some point after #3 had hatched and there were more pips working on it).
