Well currently he's doing alot better. I put a mirror in and he'll go peck/peep at that so that's good. He started eating and drinking more too!

Is there any way you can get him at least one other chick? He really would benefit from a buddy even though you are with him a lot. He and the other would still be very tame, and then when the chick is and adult it will have a friend when you aren't around.

I probably couldn't get him another friend at the moment. But I do have another batch of chicks hatching in about a week. Could he have a younger friend?

Yeah, probably. Give him the biggest healthiest looking chick though. He's only a couple days old, right?

I probably couldn't get him another friend at the moment. But I do have another batch of chicks hatching in about a week. Could he have a younger friend?

I would let all the chicks hatch and get settled, make sure everyone is eating/drinking well, then introduce the Silkie to all of them. See how that goes. Since it's a Silkie it may work just fine.
I would hesitate to separate out just one chick to be his friend, see if they can all get along.
