Chick developing?

I have some hens and a rooster that I know mates with them I cracked open some eggs and they got little cord like white things starting to come out of them. Is that the beginning of a chick or what is it? Thank you.

Those are called chalazae, they hold the yolk centered in the egg, all eggs have them.

I don't see the "cord" your taking about. I do see a fertile egg. That white dot at 6 O'clock on the lower right yolk means it's fertile.
