Chick diarrhea

Hello. My chicks are 6 weeks old now, and for the past few weeks they have been making a mix of these gooey caramel-like poops and normal solid poops for the past 3-4 weeks. Are the gooey poos normal, or are they diarrhea? If so, how can I prevent this?

It looks like normal poop to me. If you see any blood or if you're chicks look lethargic then post right away to the emergency/disease forum. Here's an interesting article on poop

My chick’s poops sometimes look like that. They seem perfectly healthy. Maybe it’s their diet?

Nope, my birds are super active and healthy. Some of the pics in that article look just like my bird’s turds, so glad to know they’re healthy!

They eat 20% starter feed and kind of pick at whatever they find out in the run. I’m sure that’s normal, right?
