Chick died, now survinving one won't stop chirping loudly

I had a friend who only had a single egg hatch out of 11 so she brought her to me. My teenagers picked on her & would not accept her, so I had her moved to a condo up above the other 8 until I moved my teenagers out to the coop, which was when I moved her back down with the silkies & they accepted her. Well they're all out in to coop now, & the teens still pick on Now Him, but not as bad as before. Wishing you the best!

That breaks my heart. That is what my silkie sounded like when she lost her sister. I hope she is better once you get her a friend. Poor little peeper.

Ok, I just came back from the chick shop! lol I got a silver laced wyandotte and a black sex link. Aren't they adorable?! Name suggestions? So far the surving chick is getting along great with them.
