It can't hurt to give unfiltered apple cider vinegar either. Put a capfull in their water dish. I used this on a duckling that stopped growing. She was looking sick too...all puffed out, but not showing any obvious signs of illness. I gave her the ACV in the water and the poly vi sol drops. Within 2 days she was fine. She never completely caught up to her sisters, but she looks great now.
