Chick drowning in shell HELP ASAP

I think maybe 7-8hours ago. Also the chick pushed his head out the hole I made for him to breathe out of. So now I have it head resting slightly elevated with beak pointed down so any fluid in its mouth runs out, and the other half of it's body is still in the shell straight up and down little end pointed down.
