Poor little guy. You may need to just put it out of it's misery if it will not eat or drink at all. It could be a number of things. Try Googling 'week old chick problems' and see if there are any sites with good info. Try seeing if the chick will eat a scrambled egg. Highly nutritious from what I read.

Poor thing, thats so not normal... I think id be thinking about the culling option at this point, it may be more humane.
