Chick externally pipped but hasn’t hatched!!

This egg pipped last night (on day 21) at around 5:00 pm. It is now 11:30 am the next day (day 22) and the egg has not made anymore progress. Should I take the egg out and assist this chick? It is chirping some and moving. The humidity has been in the 70s-80s range the whole time because of other chicks hatching. The dark stuff to the left of the egg is not cracked it’s just dirt btw. This is my first hatch ever so I’m not sure what to do.

Leave it alone for at least 24 hours before stepping in. Chicks go through periods where they make progress and then stop for a while. It’s perfectly normal not to see progress for long periods of time.

It’s been 24 hours and not much more progress. Do I need to assist now?
