I have two Silver Laced Wyandotte chicks at 6 weeks old, one is well feathered and fluffy, looking really healthy (think is a hen). The other still has no feathers on its chest (complete bald) and its wing feathers seem to cluster up / stick together... I can't really spread its wings ( think this one is a cockerel). Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
