I know these ?'s have been asked and I have read some of the answers..but I'm still a bit confused. My chicks/young chickens (they just don't seem like chicks anymore) are all about 10 weeks old. I know I saw somewhere that you can feed a Game Bird Conditioner..but, at what age do you start that? The pullets we will keep for egg-laying and the roos will most likely be butchered/processed. Can they all eat the same thing? Also, do you add any supplements or calcium eventually?

I'd keep them on starter/ grower right up to 20 weeks, then butcher the roos and put the hens on laying mash. At that point you want to have oyster shells available to the layers at all times to avoid soft shell syndrome. Good Luck Woody
