Chick gasping, flipping backwards, disoriented

Have a chick, almost a month old. Noticed her in the bottom of the pen today and grabbed her up. Started checking and seeing what was making her gasp. Drained her crop, gave her electrolytes. After a bit, she heard the noise of the others eating and wanted back in the pen with them. About 5 hours later, I noticed her doing the same thing, so I got her out and started trying the same things again. When I sat her down, she was gasping for breath and started jumping/flipping backwards and was very disoriented. Does anyone possibly know what was going on just by the description?

If you emptied her crop, you may gave aspirated her. How is she now?
