chick gasping for air (small clicking as she gasps)

ok, the temp is 92, she now acts like she's trying to fall over. I've been trying to get her to eat but she doesn't take in much. Last night I encouraged her to eat a little black bug... I checked her crop (empty) and she is still pooping but could it have been the bug? Also, she was in with two other chicks and they are a couple days younger than her.... they seem fine. I have her separated now of corse but just wanted to add that
If she is eating anything other than chick feed, she needs grit.

She is doing well this morning!! So happy to report that. Last night I gave her to the Lord and asked Him to take care of her and this morning is like new. As far as the grit goes, I took her outside to play(the evening before she got sick) and just kinda figured that she did her thing but I bet she didn't get any grit/or at least not enough. Thank you for that! I will keep her on the Tylan 50 and monitor her but she is chirping up a storm for me to hold her and she is eating and drinking on her own. Thank you all who replied. I will keep you updated.
