Chick getting bullied

One of my chicks has been getting pecked in the butt by one of it's siblings. I just watched the chick get dragged of my hens back by its butt.

How old are the chicks? When chicks start to feather out, they begin to establish a pecking order and this is normal. Is the chick bleeding/injured?

They are only a few days old. The chick seems healthy and is not injured but it's butt is pink from all the pecking.

I would suggest separating the bully chick for a bit. Hopefully when released back into the flock they will have calmed down. I’m not sure if it will work entirely for small chicks, but I know it works on adults.
