Im going to feed my chickens crushed oyster shells, can I feed chicks crushed oyster shells.

Yes
The chicks don't need the extra calcium in oyster shells. Oyster shells are not grit. If you feel they need grit use sand or fine gravel if they don't have excess to the ground.
