Chick has been pecking against wall of egg shell for 36 hours but no external pip....

Help! I'm really worried about this guy. I've kept the humidity up in the bator and I don't know what's wrong. I have hatched duck eggs and they hatched within 12 hours after internal pip. I really can't see anything with the candler. I don't know how far along it is exactly-hen hid from me for a few days before I found her and the eggs but it's somewhere around 22 or 23 days I think. Should I assist in the hatch or not? I've float tested twice and it has low floated both times but only moved around the first time (yesterday). He's still pecking but not as much as yesterday...what should I do?!

If you can find any small cracks or anything I'd pick at the shell there.
