Chick has hard mass

chicks have all been doing well this chick is 3-4 weeks old and all of a sudden today it's right side breast is one hard mass, any ideas?

it is eating and drinking fine and didn't have this yesterday when I was out there, active as normal, no problems breathing or anything I can find other then this.

Re-check the crop early in the morning to see if it has emptied. Push the water, and take away the food if the crop is still full and hard. Massage the crop and keep the water going. It may be n impacted crop from long grasses or a large piece of food or material that is blocking the crop.
