Clean the eye with saline a couple of times a day, gently removing any pus, crusty debris, etc. Once you get the Terramycin, put that into the eye after you clean the eye. If it's going to be several days to get the ointment, you can use Original Neosporin in the eye until the Terramycin arrives.
