Chick has problem moving around....

We have a half-Buff Orpington/ Half Belgian(?) bantam chick over a week old. Found it suddenly struggling to walk. It keeps one foot curled up. Can't walk or stand very well. Will take spoon feeding but does not seek food on it's own. Sleeps a lot. Been this way for 4 days . Doesn't seem to be in any pain.Thought it was going to die at first . It has improved some but is still not gotten back into eating, drinking and walking. Very alert and noisy and seems to relish the attention we give it. No avian vet nearby. What else can we do?

Try searching for "curled foot". I know this can be a problem with chicks and there has been info on it here.
