Newly hatched?? Looks wet still. I'm thinking it could be blood :/

Anything I can do? I’m not sure I walked out at 10 am and it was still zipping. It’s 2 pm now.

Ok. What can I do for it? I have antibiotic cream I had for some other chicks that I’m mot using should I use that?
