Chick has something hanging off it?

Hi all, I just hatched chicks for the first time. All four hatched fine, but I’m a little concerned about the last one. He came out with something hanging off him and I’m not sure if I should pick it off or just leave it. It was wrapped around his leg first, but my husband unwound it. Still hanging off him though. He’s not 24 hours old yet. He also has a toe on his right foot that looks to be a bit crooked. Is that something be concerned about? I’ve posted a pic of the stuff hanging off him. Sorry it’s not a great pic as I took it through the incubator. Thanks!

I can't see the picture well and I'm not sure whether it is dried yoke but I wanted to give your post a bump.
I'm sure someone with more hatching experience will be along soon.

Pictures not great but it could be his dried up cord? Do you have any other pictures?

I'm not able to see anything in the image either but since you mention it's something that could be easily moved off my guess is that you're looking at egg waste. Please share some additional pictures.
