Chick hasn’t hatched while all others have

I had 9 eggs in the incubator and they have all hatched yesterday and overnight and there are in the brooder now and it’s day 21 and one chick is still in its egg and I know it’s in there because I hear peeping but it hasn’t even started hatching yet is it stuck ? What should I do if it doesn’t hatch by tomorrow which would be day 22

Some take longer than others; I've had chicks hatch on day 24 with no problems. If you know it's alive, but it hasn't pipped, just let it be. I know how tempting it can be to help them, but there's nothing you can do right now. If it does pip, but makes no progress after 24+ hours since pipping, then that's when you want to think about intervening.
