Chick hasn’t pipped

The egg is definitely alive and has been shaking and chirping for days but all the other chicks hatched on day 20 and it’s day 23. They’re all silkie mixes and I’m thinking this one could be half buff Orpington and because it’s a bigger bird it’s taking a little longer. I’m probably overreacting because I know it can take 25 days sometimes but should I be concerned?

Have you candled to see if it has internally pipped? If so, how long has it been internally pipped for?

I tried candling it on day 21 but couldnt see much but I’ll try that

It’s been chirping maybe 20 hours
