Chick hatched today at 16 days?

I have eggs in an incubator , an expensive good one set at 37.5 degrees and 45 % humidity , on the 16th day three have now hatched, not small and egg shells are clean.

Didn't stop turning didn't raise humidity, that's 3 out in the space of 2 hours, sort of throws the rule book out the window eh?
That's what I'm thinking. I has one hatch today, day 16, 5 days early. The other 41 eggs are still chill'n.

I had mine in incubator hatch between day 18 an 19. I blamed the incubator showing wrong temperatures.
Anyway if it's summer where you live, keep in mind that an egg can start developing at room temperature. Maybe one of the egg wasn't fresh and started developing for a few days.
Would be interesting to candle the eggs before incubating to see if there is visible development in some.

Just had one start hatching at 16 days too. Took the egg right from the hen when she laid it and stuck it in the incubator. So strange!
