Chick hatched today with protruding organ?? Not sure! Please help!

Just curious, in your first post you said that you read he will not make it past a few days? Why is that? His organs are not on the outside right?
Please educate me, because I really am curious!

Online it said many don't make it with insides out or hernias. I don't know what it was but he didn't make it... What a rough hatching I had this time. Two eggs out of 14 had chicks! And only one lived... Ugh frustrating. And to think I had three roosters... There's always next time.
