Chick hatched with a dried yolk out?

Thank you guys, both chicks that hatched 3 weeks ago with dried yolk have survived, one is totally normal and the other one also normal but i think he has twisted tibia and still working on him to get his leg back to normal, at least they survived!

Do you leave feed in with your chicks 24 hrs. a day? I ask because of the Twisted tibia, I noticed after that first year when Roger and the other chicks got it, that hen hatched chicks grow much slower than the ones I hatch. I then realized that the hen hatched chicks don't eat at all between dusk and dawn, my chicks were big and fat compared to them because with the heat lamps on they ate 24 hrs a day. I now remove food at dusk and put it back at dawn, haven't seen a twisted tibia since starting this 2 years ago.

I do keep the feed but i will close the lights at night so they are not eating at night, i don't know if i really should call it twisted tibia or not, but he has a problem with his left joint since he hatched, i taped him after hatching for a few days and his legs looked better but after a week his left leg started to curve again. He is small comparing to the chicks in his age, they are double his size.

I'm now taping him for 12 hours every day like you told me last year, after some chicks got twisted tibia last year it didn't happen again.
