Chick hatched with an exposed organ. Can it survive normally?

Pretty much, our first hatch, in a home made cooler-incubator. We had one Black Jersey Giant that hatched, and has a large red organ, exposed from its abdomen. It looks like stomach, except that it is much redder than the stomach's of other chickens I have been inside of..
Is there any chance this chick can live a normal life? Or will it be destined to be a "special needs bird" it's entire life?

A photo would be helpful. Is it protruding from the navel or the vent?

Lord, I'm trying to upload photos. But, we're having heavy rain, and it makes my satellite internet act twenty different kinds of goofy. I HATE HughesNet!!!!
When I picked the little critter up, to get photos, the red bulbous "organ" looking thing hanging from it's abdomen, burst open, with no bleeding, and appeared to be mostly egg looking material inside of it. Maybe it was just a full unbiblical cord?
The rain has slowed a bit. Maybe I can get these photos uploaded.

Yes, I believe the navel was still open with some yolk not fully absorbed. I am more concerned with how passive and weak the chick looks in the pic.

Best thing to do for this little one is to isolate it where it won't be stepped on or pecked on by others, where it will be warm and can dry, and put its bottom on a piece of nonstick gauze. If you have Bacitracin - comes in the little tube, topical antibiotic ointment without pain reliever, you can apply a dab of that to help prevent infection and sticking.

Many chicks survive a broken yolk, but some don't. Time is the healer.
