Last night we had a cute little Polish chick hatch with his right foot turned.
He is still in the incubator but I can see him hobbling along with his wonky foot.

Is there anything to be done? Will probably move him to the brooder tomorrow sometime, unless you guys recommend more immediate intervention.

Do a search for splayed leg. You can straighten it by splinting it with a 3/4 inch bandaid. The directions are on there and they work, I did it 2 weeks ago and "splinter" is all better.. except I am now treating him for an impacted crop. But...he is still doing well.
There is also information on how to put a shoe on a bad foot. Splinter has a crooked toe but he is getting on just fine, so I didn't put a shoe on it. Good Luck
