Chick hatched with yolk attached?

He's very vocal and wobbling around a lot. He hatched probably 5min ago. But he has a little yellow sac attached that I'm assuming is in absorbed yolk. Is there anything I should do, or will it dry up and fall off? This is my first time hatching in an incubator.

So he hatched around 10am and he still hasn't fluffed up in the incubator. He was a little sticky so I tried gently wiping him but it didn't do much. How long should I leave him in the incubator and should I turn the temp down some?
