Hi! So one of my Silkie chicks started hatching today but the humidity in the incubator is at 57. I heard that it should be a little higher in order for chicks to hatch. Should I open the incubator to put more water in? I am worried that if I do the chick will get shrink wrapped.

Should I be worried about it not being able to get out? I heard that they have thick shells and that it’s harder for them.
