Just keep her fed and hydrated no antibiotic more of a development issue dont leave the chick with the others they'll star pecking at the area. I hope the little peep doesn't get affected by majorly and cant still defecate its not like you could do surgery on the peep or more important afford surgery like taking her to the Vet.

No development issue associated with using an antibiotic ointment,the real issue is infection.
