Chick hips pop out then walks like penguin

My cochin chick, about 6 weeks old, started walking like a penguin one morning. I can pop the legs back to normal then she walks normal for a bit then hips pop out again, walking like a penguin. I've seen so many posts about this, but have not found an answer. Wondering and hoping that someone has by now found a solution.

She make have a leg bone deformity such as varus deformity in her right leg where her hock joint is deformed. Her hip also may be the problem. Can she get around well enough to get enough to eat and drink? Here is some info with pictures about leg bone deformities:

So I think it might be 1 of the following:
Bacterial chondronecrosis with osteomyelitis or
Reoarthritis or
Viral arthritis.

She had a sore on the side of her beak. Struggling to find proper pictures and explanation in "normal people english" to clarify which one it is.
Either way, I had to euthanize the chick. The hips got more difficult to put back in place and I could see she had pain. I didn't want to take the risk if she was in pain or not.

But I still would love a proper diagnosis with possible treatments or a cure because this is not the first time I have seen it. It's a sad condition
