Chick imprinted on me is a male, will he be friendly?

He's only 5 days old. Give him some more time. It takes awhile but eventually he could be your best buddy. I had a hen who just loved being with hubby and I. She would come when I called her (Gladys) and loved to be held. Sadly several months ago when she was dust bathing in the garden a fox snatched her. I searched for her but never found her only feathers. I cried a lot. She was 3 years old.

He isn't aggressive at all, a little scared of me because I dont spend that much time with him, but when I manage to catch him he is very chill

Your cockerel chick has a lower chance of being aggressive since his father isn't aggressive. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but to be careful you could look up videos of aggressive roosters. Watch what they do right before they attack and watch for that in your cockerel.
