If your chick lasts till morning, get to Tractor Supply, or your local feed store and buy a bottle of Poultry Nutri-Drops. Give the chick one drop only by mouth. Repeat as needed every 8-10 hours until chick is peppy. Put it in the chick's water fr the next 2 weeks so the water looks like very weak tea. http://www.nutridrench.com
Between then and now, try giving the chick some sugar water, being careful it doesn't aspirate it into its lungs.
Best,
Karen

Keep your chick warm. Force some sugar water down them. You might try taking the chick in your hands and rubbing them, and try getting some circulation back in them. Above all keep them very warm and away from the other chicks who might peck at him. Praying for your little baby! Let us know how he does.
