Chick is poorly

Day 4 of a 2 week old Barred Rock appearing short of breath, using all muscles to breath. On medicated food on arrival. Small but healthy on arrival. All other babies remain healthy and are separated.
Day 1 of illness isolated and started electrolytes and Oxytetracycline - still eating slightly
Day 2 Syringe feeding hydration and very liquid mash with honey. Not tube feeding, just dripping over top of beak
Day 3 and 4 She is still alive, but she is no better. Very lethargic, poop is less bright green than on day 2.... a plus for absorption? But she is not turning around. Crop was/is not enlarged, she is very weak, thin etc. Any ideas? Thanks

So sorry to hear about your chick. I also have a chick that uses all her muscles to breathe, and breathes much faster than the other chicks. She's also smaller than the others, but seems to be eating and pooping fine. All 4 of my chicks are about a week old. Not sure if this is just how she is or if she's actually sick...
