Chick is tapping other eggs...weird?

So my first one out has been out since this morning...the other 5 pips are making very slow progress. The chick walks around and pecks on the other eggs...almost like wake up! But, she mostly focuses on the eggs that don't have a pip, or move or anything. I'm not worried or anything, just curious. Is it normal? I'm so tempted to stay up and watch the action, but after this long and no zipping, I think I should probably head to bed.
