Chick is very sick, help!

This morning one of my week old chicks was very lethargic and wouldn't move. She won't open her eyes and her abdomen feels hard and swollen. What could be wrong with her and do I need to worry about the other chicks?

Sounds like it could be mushy chick disease (omphalitis).

X 2. Also check her crop to see if she has an impacted crop from eating pine shavings or bedding. Is she passing droppings? Pasty butt is a form of constipation from being dehydrated or from keeping the heat lamp too hot.
