Chick just hatched bleeding

A Chick just hatched and,is bleeding in its rectom area is this its inbilical cord or something else I should worry about and cant fix

Look at the hatching 101 thread. I am pretty sure it says to put on some antiseptic cream. I have had one hatch tonight with the same problem. I just pressed against it gently with some kitchen towel and it stopped right away. I have no antiseptic cream here. Typical.
