I have a small batch of eggs from Ayam cemani rooster that just got eaten by a fox so I really dont want any to die, the third one just hatched and has a hernia the size of a pencil eraser or a little smaller, can I push it in?

Another one has hatched with the same problem, the first ones is shrinking a bit. What causes this?
