Chick just hatched , Head has a huge bulge with no feathers???!?

This chick looks so wierd, it almost looks like its brain is sitting on top of its head. Its like a tumor looking thing. It seems to loook
healthy otherwise. Anyone ever seen thing???

Its a Java dad / Barred Rock mom.

NO pics yet still in incubator, some are pipped right now so i dont want to open.

It has a big vein going through the bald bulge. It really looks like its skull didnt form on top of its head or somthing. Every other part of the chick looks normal
