Chick laying down and scratching face with both feet?

We ordered a dozen sizzle eggs on ebay and so far 10 has hatched and the 11th is on the way. But one has been acting weird. It didn’t open its eyes for a while so i looked it up and found that its eyes might’ve been “glued” closed so i popped it back in the imcubator while I waited for my mom for steadier hands but when she took it out it was fine.
Then this morning and last night it was laying down with its feet stretched out infront of itself doing this weird dance looking thing. I thought it might’ve been because of its eyes but they seem ok now. I picked it up before and after a minute it was walking around in my hand. I set it back with the others amd it walked over to the food so i know it isn’t blind or not able to walk. If this is just something it’ll grow out of then ok good but im asking just to be sure because im a duck guy so i want to make sure I didn’t miss something on chickens.
Also out of curiosity i think its a partridge but if anyone else knows better with sizzles / silkies let me know

Is it walking normally now?
No splay leg?

I would get some Poultry Nutri-Drench into the chick 1-2 drops twice a day. I would also consider giving this baby B-Complex a few times a week as well. 1/4 tablet.

It walks normally when it needs to but still does that weird thing. I put it back in the incubator for a bit while im out. Ill be back home in less than an hour to move it back. Ill make sure it gets food and look into everything you suggested. Thank you ill give an update soon

Has it pooped yet?

The first poop can sometimes be a little strenuous, leading to some wiggeling and "dancing". They often lift their little wings up and while pressing hard even walk some steps backwards.
