Chick made pip hole but rarely chirps...Is it ok?

First baby is on its way, it made a small hole in the egg and I can see it moving around in there but it hardly ever chirps! Is this little one going to be ok?

They are probably fine, many times they take a 12-24 hour nap after the external pip before they start zipping...
