Chick makes weird neck movements all day-worried

My 2 week old buff orpington is making a very strange movement with her neck constantly for about a week. I feel so bad for her. I don’t know what to do. She twists and bobs it. The only way I can describe it is she looks like she is possessed. It doesn’t look normal. I took video but I don’t see where I can upload it here. Any advice? what could be causing this?

Is there any possibility that something is caught in her throat ? Is she eating and drinking normally ?

She has a small lump to the left side of her throat. I’m not sure if this is what’s bothering her. It feels like a swollen gland.

Now that's interesting. Good news is it doesn't look like Wry Neck, more like something is causing discomfort/irritation. I have a couple follow up questions:
Has she been scratching at her head or neck a lot?
Has she had any balance issues, walking, trying to sleep and falling over, etc?
Is this a sudden thing, or did you notice it gradually getting worse?

No scratching at all. I don’t notice balance issues either. She eats and drinks and does everything the other girls do but the poor thing is constantly doing this with her neck. I noticed it suddenly about 5-7 days ago I’d say.

Help!! She seems worse today. She gets way worse when she’s nervous. The more I look at her the more I think she may have wry neck. How do I help her?! I had the durvet vitamins in their water and today I switched it out with nutri drench. I just followed the instructions on the label. Should I be doing a more intense treatment?!

So sorry your reply got lost in my notifications! Here are some helpful links, but basically seperate her and give her lots of water and Vitamin E and selenium (human grade), keep offering vitamins in the water, and maybe a little brewers or nutritional yeast mixed in with feed.
