Chick making clicking noise when breathing

I have a chick that came out of the shell about 2 hours ago, and she is making a faint clicking noise when she breathes.

What should I do?

I will be adding Terramycin to the water tomorrow when I add her to the brooder. And some vitamins and electroyltes.

I'm sorry no one answered...

Im sure another unqualified opinion is useless but for what it's worth, I'd imagine it just needs to do some more chirping to clear the lungs of anything leftover um.. chicken afterbirth/gunk? ....

Anyway.. that was yesterday, so how is your chick doing today?
