Chick making popping sound

I need help!! My 3 day old chick has been making a popping/clicking noise in its chest. The left of its chest is a lot more fat than the right. The popping sound is coming from the left and feels like a popping. It struggles to open its eyes mostly keeping them closed and of it does open its eyes it’s usually just one which is the left eye and breathes through the mouth only. When it breathes it’ll pop every time I’m assuming it might be phlegm that’s making the popping sound but I’m not 100% sure.I have checked for any mites and I havnt seen any. It’s stool is alot more wet than normal the colors of it are green black and yellow. Sometimes the chick will have normal looking stool. It’ll only drink when I hold it up to it to drink. It’ll eat when put inside of a bowl with food. It’s very sleepy most of the time wanting to sleep.
